This morning Lions Gate Road Runners hosted the Shaughnessy 8K which was also the BC Athletics 2012 8K Road Race Championships. VFAC was very well represented at this race. All of the runners were supported on the course by our Coach John Hill and by many other VFAC members who weren’t running that day.
